Refund & Return Policy

Each piece of art I create—whether an original or a fine art print—is made with intention, care, and an obsessive attention to detail. From the moment a piece is painted, photographed, color-corrected, and printed using professional-grade materials, it is part of a process I personally oversee to ensure it reflects the true spirit of the original.

Because of the nature of my work and the commitment to quality and exclusivity, the following policies apply:

Original Artworks

All sales of original paintings are final.

Each original is a one-of-a-kind piece, and once it leaves my studio or gallery, it cannot be resold or restocked. For the protection of my collectors and the integrity of the work, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on originals. This also helps prevent unauthorized reproduction or scanning of the artwork, which is a growing concern in the art world.

If you have any questions before purchasing an original, I’m happy to provide additional photos, video, or context to help you feel confident in your choice.

Prints

Prints may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if they arrive damaged.

Because prints are made-to-order and handled with extreme care, I do not offer returns based on personal preference or buyer’s remorse. However, if your print arrives with any damage from shipping, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I’ll ask for photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Solutions are on a case-by-case basis.

This Privacy Policy describes how www.vascovich.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If you believe your child has provided us with information, contact us to request deletion.

Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for bringing my artwork into your space—it means the world to me. I pour my heart into every piece, and I’m honored to know it will be part of your home or collection. As a fellow art lover, I truly believe art transforms a room and shifts the energy around us.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–14 business days for handling and preparation of your order before it ships. Every piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. *Pieces coming from the gallery may have separate shipping times.

Shipping Time

Standard US shipping typically takes +5–14 business days. During busy seasons (like holidays), it may take longer. Timelines depend on the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the carrier. If it appears lost, please email kristy@vascovich.com within 48 hours. I’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, email me with photos of the box and artwork within 72 hours of delivery. I’ll send a replacement or work with you to make it right. Claims after 72 hours may not be eligible.

International Orders

I currently ship internationally. VAT, import duties, or customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. If unsure about shipping costs, especially for large pieces, contact me at kristy@vascovich.com for a custom quote.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. retail orders over $100 USD.
  • Oversized canvases, freight shipments, and expedited delivery may incur additional charges.
